I ran media and influencer relations campaigns for a couple authors, creating media lists and reaching out to member of the traditional media, social media influencers, bloggers, and podcasters to secure interviews, provide review copies, and arrange guest appearances.
Alumni & Donor Relations
As a News & PR intern at the UO School of Journalism and Communication, I wrote copy intended for alumni & donor audiences, such as this holiday mailer.
Feature Writing
Feature pieces I have written have appeared on the school website. On two occasions, pieces I have written have been on the University of Oregon's front page. My work can be found on the SOJC website and on Around The O.
Media Planning
I have participated in crafting strategic media plans, such as this one created for a destination travel nonprofit.
Blogging
I am comfortable writing longer-form content, such as blog posts. I have had personal blogs, and have written for client websites.
